非開挖增強增韌聚丙烯復(fù)合材料管的研制

【摘要】:采用雙螺桿擠出機制備了聚丙烯/鎂鹽晶須復(fù)合材料,研究了各組分及配比對復(fù)合材料性能的影響,并制備了管材。試驗結(jié)果表明,PP-g-MAH對復(fù)合材料具有良好的增容作用。鎂鹽晶須對PP和β晶型PP均具有較好的增強作用,在相同晶須摻量下,βPP的拉伸強度、彈性模量、維卡軟化點等均較PP低一些,但具有較高的抗沖擊強度。鎂鹽晶須對PP具有結(jié)晶成核作用,是α成核劑,但成核效力不如稀土β成核劑。所制備的管材的拉伸強度為32 MPa,維卡軟化點153℃,落錘沖擊不破,遠優(yōu)于DL/T 802.7—2010要求。
[Abstract]:Polypropylene / magnesium whisker composites were prepared by twin-screw extruder. The experimental results show that PP-g-MAH has a good compatibilization effect on the composites. Magnesium salt whiskers have a good reinforcing effect on both PP and 尾 -crystalline PP, and the tensile strength and elastic modulus of 尾 -PP are increased under the same whisker content. The softening point of Vicat is lower than that of PP, but it has higher impact strength. Magnesium salt whisker has nucleation effect on PP and is a nucleating agent. But the nucleation effect is not as good as the rare earth 尾 nucleating agent. The tensile strength of the prepared pipe is 32 MPA, the Vicat softening point is 153 鈩,
