高嶺土表面鍍覆Co-P層及其微波吸收性能研究

【摘要】:選用產(chǎn)于茂名和蘇州的天然高嶺土為原料,通過改性處理和化學(xué)鍍工藝制備了高嶺土復(fù)合物MK/Co-P和SK/Co-P,對比分析其顯微結(jié)構(gòu)、磁性和微波吸收性能。結(jié)果表明:Co-P鍍層均為單相密排六方結(jié)構(gòu),在MK/Co-P中均勻沉積在高嶺土片層表面,Co和P含量(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))分別為36.62%和4.41%。而在SK/Co-P中鍍層對高嶺土微米級團(tuán)簇包覆完整,Co和P含量顯著下降。與SK/Co-P相比,MK/Co-P的飽和磁化強(qiáng)度和矯頑力較高,介電常數(shù)和磁導(dǎo)率大幅上升,其匹配厚度在2.0~3.0 mm的有效吸波頻帶(RL≤ 20 d B)覆蓋4.7~8.2 GHz,反射損耗最大值為 27.32 d B,應(yīng)用前景較好。
[Abstract]:Using natural kaolin produced in Maoming and Suzhou as raw materials, Kaolin complex MK/Co-P and SKP / Co-P were prepared by modification and electroless plating, and their microstructure was compared and analyzed. Magnetic properties and microwave absorption properties. The results show that both of the W Co-P coatings have single-phase dense hexagonal structure. The content (mass fraction) of Co and P on the surface of kaolin lamellae was 36.62% and 4.41 in MK/Co-P, respectively.
