基于PAM自由成型的多噴頭系統(tǒng)氣動打印規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:PAM(pressure assisted micro-syringe)氣動式助推微注射器)自由成型技術(shù)是一種新型的3D打印技術(shù),在復(fù)合生物材料支架制造上具有獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢。本文旨在對該系統(tǒng)氣動打印技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究,通過設(shè)計有效的打印回路,探索系統(tǒng)擠出成型規(guī)律;并通過使用軟件模擬,研究成型過程中壓強(qiáng)值,長徑比以及材料粘度對成型效果的影響,并通過實際實驗來進(jìn)一步分析影響因素的作用并與模擬結(jié)論相驗證與補(bǔ)充,從而探索出適合PAM技術(shù)的打印工藝,并應(yīng)用于實際制造;最后本文對系統(tǒng)控制進(jìn)行初步探索,設(shè)計了簡單的系統(tǒng)控制程序。氣動系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計決定了氣動擠出時系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性與效率。本文通過對兩種設(shè)計方案的比較,得出了合適的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,同時驗證了負(fù)壓的設(shè)計效果,并根據(jù)設(shè)計討論了流量值在擠出過程中對系統(tǒng)輸出效果的影響。壓強(qiáng)P,材料粘度m與針管的長徑比dl影響擠出過程中材料的擠出性能。本文通過運(yùn)用軟件模擬擠出過程揭示了上述因素在打印過程中對材料擠出效果的影響,并針對各項因素進(jìn)行了分析。材料在擠出后一個重要性能參數(shù)為擠出直徑,直徑大小直接影響到成型支架的生物性能。本文通過控制打印過程中的材料濃度與壓強(qiáng)值,探索了材料成型過程中二者對成型效果的影響,并與模擬分析的結(jié)果相驗證,得出了適宜材料成型的工藝參數(shù)。
[Abstract]:PAM(pressure assisted micro-syringe pneumatic booster microsyringe) is a new type of 3D printing technology, which has unique advantages in the manufacture of composite biomaterial scaffolds. The purpose of this paper is to study the pneumatic printing technology of this system. By designing an effective printing loop to explore the extrusion rules of the system, and by using software simulation, the influence of pressure, aspect ratio and material viscosity on the forming effect is studied. And through the actual experiment to further analyze the effect of the factors and verify and supplement with the simulation conclusion, so as to explore the printing process suitable for PAM technology, and apply it to the actual manufacturing. Finally, this paper makes a preliminary exploration on the system control. A simple system control program is designed. The design of pneumatic system determines the stability and efficiency of the system during pneumatic extrusion. By comparing the two design schemes, a suitable system design is obtained, and the design effect of negative pressure is verified. According to the design, the influence of flow value on the output effect of the system is discussed. Pressure P, material viscosity m and the ratio of length to diameter of needle tube affect the extrusion performance of the material during extrusion. In this paper, the extrusion performance is simulated by software. The process reveals the influence of the above factors on the extrusion effect of the material during the printing process. After extrusion, an important property parameter is extrusion diameter, which directly affects the biological properties of the molding scaffold. In this paper, the material concentration and pressure in the printing process are controlled. The influence of the two factors on the forming effect was explored, and the results of simulation and analysis were verified, and the suitable process parameters were obtained.
