納米纖維素制備的工藝優(yōu)化與表征

【摘要】:為了高產(chǎn)率的制備粒徑均一的納米纖維素。以棉漿粕為原料,采用硫酸溶脹結(jié)合超聲波處理的方法制備納米纖維素。采用單因素法系統(tǒng)研究了硫酸溶脹預(yù)處理?xiàng)l件和超聲功率、超聲時間等超聲加工條件。優(yōu)化的工藝為:硫酸質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)64%,溶脹溫度40℃,溶脹時間25 min,超聲功率1 000 W,超聲時間30 min。在優(yōu)化工藝條件下,制得的納米纖維素的產(chǎn)率可以達(dá)到54.04%。掃描電鏡和透射電鏡測試表明所制得的納米纖維素為針狀晶須形態(tài),直徑10~30 nm,長度100~300 nm。X-射線衍射分析表明所得納米纖維素為纖維素Ⅰ型結(jié)晶結(jié)構(gòu),結(jié)晶度較棉漿粕略微降低。
[Abstract]:In order to prepare nano-cellulose with uniform particle size in high yield, the nano-cellulose was prepared by sulfuric acid swelling combined with ultrasonic treatment with cotton pulp as raw material. The pretreatment conditions and ultrasonic power of sulfuric acid swelling were systematically studied by single factor method.
