LDPE與LLDPE共混樹脂薄膜的研究

【摘要】:將線性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)與低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)經(jīng)過(guò)熔融共混、擠出吹制得一系列薄膜。分析了共混樹脂的流變性能,研究了共混樹脂的結(jié)晶性能,討論了薄膜的力學(xué)性能和熱穩(wěn)定性能。結(jié)果表明:純樹脂和共混樹脂熔體都是假塑性流體,通過(guò)升溫同樣可以降低共混樹脂的表觀黏度,共混樹脂薄膜的力學(xué)性能優(yōu)于純LDPE薄膜,LDPE質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為70%的薄膜熱穩(wěn)定性最佳。
[Abstract]:A series of films were prepared by melt blending of LLDPE and LDPE. The rheological properties of the blend resin were analyzed. The crystallization property of the blend resin was studied and the mechanical properties and thermal stability of the film were discussed. The results showed that the melt of pure resin and blend resin were pseudoplastic fluid. The apparent viscosity of the blend resin can also be reduced by heating the temperature. The mechanical properties of the blend film are better than that of the pure LDPE film with the mass fraction of 70%. The thermal stability of the blend film is the best.
