環(huán)境溫濕度對泡沫復合材料夾層結構界面性能的影響

【摘要】:復合材料夾層結構是由復合材料作為面板、輕質(zhì)材料作為芯材而形成的強度高、耐腐性好、可設計性強的高效結構形式。環(huán)境溫濕度變化時,因面板和芯材的吸濕性能和熱膨脹系數(shù)不同,界面處易積聚應力而導致剝離破壞。本文研究不同時間的干濕循環(huán)老化作用下泡沫復合材料夾層結構及其面板、芯材的吸濕性能,達到吸濕平衡時,芯材的吸濕率是面板的10倍左右;由于雙側(cè)面板的約束作用,夾層結構與面板的吸濕率相當。通過雙懸臂梁界面剝離拉伸試驗研究干濕循環(huán)老化構件在25和70℃兩種溫度環(huán)境條件下的界面性能,從試驗所得的荷載-位移曲線可以看出:結構的界面強度隨老化時間的延長而降低;溫度對老化構件的界面力學性能影響顯著,溫度越高,界面強度越低,裂紋擴展越穩(wěn)定。
