【摘要】:為了快速、有效的清除道路冰雪和養(yǎng)護(hù)修補(bǔ)道路,保持道路暢通和行車安全,國內(nèi)外許多學(xué)者都致力于尋求一種簡捷、快速、綠色的除冰手段和養(yǎng)護(hù)修補(bǔ)方法;微波除冰及微波養(yǎng)護(hù)修補(bǔ)作為一種簡單方便的加熱技術(shù)引起了廣大國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的注意,然而傳統(tǒng)的道路鋪筑材料的微波加熱效率比較低,不能夠快速的實(shí)現(xiàn)除冰和修補(bǔ),因此,微波加熱技術(shù)在道路除冰及養(yǎng)護(hù)修補(bǔ)上并未得到廣泛應(yīng)用。本文利用硫酸工業(yè)排放的硫鐵礦燒渣,高溫還原制備出具有吸波性能的高強(qiáng)陶瓷集料,全部或部分代替天然集料和礦粉,使瀝青混凝土具備吸波性能。將入射到瀝青混凝土內(nèi)部的電磁能轉(zhuǎn)化為熱能,通過集料與集料之間的熱傳導(dǎo),使瀝青混凝土整體快速、均勻的加熱,從而達(dá)到融化冰雪和快速修補(bǔ)的目的。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)分析硫鐵礦燒渣的物化特性,利用其較高含量的鐵氧化物含量及活性燒粘土硅鋁質(zhì)組分,在高溫還原氣氛下,將鐵氧化物還原為磁鐵礦,使制備的高強(qiáng)陶瓷集料具有良好的微波加熱效率;研究了成型壓力、燒結(jié)溫度、保溫時(shí)間、礦化劑摻量等因素對陶瓷集料抗壓強(qiáng)度及微波加熱效率的影響。結(jié)果表明,陶瓷的強(qiáng)度隨成型壓力的增加而增加,燒結(jié)溫度的升高而增加,在一定的保溫時(shí)間內(nèi),隨著保溫時(shí)間的延長而增加,隨著礦化劑摻量的增加而增加;陶瓷的溫升特性的變化趨勢也與強(qiáng)度變化的變化規(guī)律相同。當(dāng)還原劑與硫鐵礦燒渣比值為0.1,Ca F2摻雜量5%,1350℃保溫180min所制備得到的陶瓷的抗壓強(qiáng)度為87.5 MPa,在微波環(huán)境下一分鐘溫升達(dá)到786℃。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了所制備的吸波陶瓷集料的技術(shù)性質(zhì),根據(jù)JTG F40-2004公路瀝青路面施工技術(shù)規(guī)范中AC-13瀝青基復(fù)合材料的要求,利用吸波陶瓷集料代替天然集料,制備吸波瀝青混凝土。通過微波加熱實(shí)驗(yàn)對比了普通瀝青混凝土與吸波瀝青混凝土的微波發(fā)熱效率及除冰效率,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,隨著吸波集料摻量的增加,吸波瀝青混凝土的微波發(fā)熱效率也隨之增加;當(dāng)吸波集料摻量為100%時(shí),瀝青混凝土的吸波發(fā)熱效率是普通混凝土的16倍,且瀝青混凝土整體加熱均勻,除冰效率是普通混凝土的10倍左右。
[Abstract]:In order to quickly and effectively remove snow and road maintenance and repairing roads, traffic and traffic safety, many domestic and foreign scholars are committed to seeking a simple, rapid, and maintenance and repair method in the ice means green; deicing and microwave heating technology maintenance repair as a kind of simple and convenient caused the majority of scholars at home and abroad the attention of the microwave, however, microwave heating efficiency of traditional road paving materials is relatively low, can not achieve fast deicing and repair, therefore, the microwave heating technology in road deicing and maintenance repair has not been widely used. This paper uses the industrial emissions of sulfuric acid from pyrite cinder, reductive prepared with absorption strength ceramic wave properties of aggregates, in whole or in part to replace the natural aggregate and slag, the asphalt concrete with absorbing properties. The incident electromagnetic asphalt concrete internal energy into heat, The heat conduction between aggregate and aggregate, the asphalt concrete fast, uniform heating, so as to achieve the ice melting and rapid repair purposes. The physicochemical properties of pyrite slag through the experimental analysis, the iron oxide content and activity of the higher content of burnt clay silicon and aluminum components in high-temperature reducing atmosphere that will be the reduction of iron oxides are magnetite, the preparation of high strength ceramic aggregate has good microwave heating efficiency; the forming pressure, sintering temperature, holding time, factors such as the content of mineralizer effect of aggregate compressive strength and microwave heating efficiency of ceramics. The results show that the increase of the strength of the ceramics with the formation pressure increased, the increase of sintering temperature and increase in thermal insulation time, and increased with the prolongation of holding time increased with the increase of mineralizer dosage; the change trend of temperature rise characteristics of ceramics Also changes and changes in the intensity of the same. When the reducing agent and pyrite slag ratio is 0.1, Ca doped F2 5%, compressive strength of 1350 DEG C 180min prepared ceramic is 87.5 MPa in the microwave environment a minute temperature reaches 786 degrees Celsius. Through experimental study the properties of preparation technology the microwave absorbing ceramic aggregate, asphalt based composite materials according to the AC-13 JTG F40-2004 technical specification for construction of highway asphalt pavement requirements, by absorbing ceramic aggregate instead of natural aggregate, preparation of absorbing asphalt concrete. Through microwave heating experiments of microwave heating efficiency of ordinary asphalt concrete and absorbing asphalt concrete and the ice removal efficiency, the experimental results show that with the increase of absorbing aggregates, microwave heating efficiency of absorbing asphalt concrete increases; when absorbing aggregate content is 100%, the heat absorbing efficiency of asphalt concrete is universal 16 times the concrete, and the asphalt concrete is evenly heated, and the deicing efficiency is about 10 times that of the ordinary concrete.
