復(fù)合材料沉頭搭接強(qiáng)度與漸進(jìn)損傷研究

【摘要】:基于三維漸進(jìn)損傷理論,引入Tserpes失效準(zhǔn)則及其改進(jìn)的材料性能退化準(zhǔn)則,建立復(fù)合材料沉頭搭接結(jié)構(gòu)的有限元模型。在試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證數(shù)值仿真模型正確性的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了端距、板寬及擰緊力矩對(duì)接頭強(qiáng)度的影響,并對(duì)搭接接頭從初始損傷到最終失效的過(guò)程進(jìn)行可視化模擬。結(jié)果表明,端徑比由2到4、寬徑比由3到5、擰緊力矩由0到5.9 N·m的過(guò)程中,接頭強(qiáng)度明顯增強(qiáng),超過(guò)上述范圍,強(qiáng)度增加不明顯或不再增加。在靜拉伸過(guò)程中,2號(hào)釘孔處復(fù)合材料板的損傷程度要比1號(hào)釘孔處嚴(yán)重,且2號(hào)釘孔的損傷擴(kuò)展導(dǎo)致接頭最終失效;90°鋪層最先產(chǎn)生損傷,其類型主要為基體開(kāi)裂,0°鋪層損傷情況最弱,±45°鋪層沿著-45°方向產(chǎn)生基體開(kāi)裂,隨后沿板寬方向產(chǎn)生大量纖維斷裂。
[Abstract]:Based on the three dimensional progressive damage theory, the Tserpes failure criterion and its improved degradation criterion are introduced. The finite element model of composite countersunk joint structure is established. Based on the correctness of numerical simulation model, the effects of end distance, plate width and tightening moment on joint strength are discussed. The visual simulation of the lap joint from initial damage to final failure shows that the ratio of end to diameter is from 2 to 4, the ratio of width to diameter is from 3 to 5, and the tightening torque is from 0 to 5.9 N 路m. The strength of the joint is obviously enhanced, beyond the above range, the strength increase is not obvious or no longer. In the static tensile process, the damage degree of the composite plate at the No. 2 nail hole is more serious than that at the No. 1 nail hole. And the damage expansion of the No. 2 nail hole leads to the ultimate failure of the joint. The first damage occurred in 90 擄layer, the main type of damage was that the matrix cracking was the weakest in 0 擄layer, and 鹵45 擄layer produced matrix cracking along the direction of -45 擄. Then a large number of fibers fracture along the wide direction of the plate.
