氣體和粉塵燃爆機(jī)理實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:設(shè)計(jì)了一種多結(jié)構(gòu)、多段式氣體、粉塵燃爆機(jī)理實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺。該實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺可實(shí)現(xiàn)直管、彎管和分叉管自由組合,可以模擬各種工業(yè)實(shí)際工況下氣云、粉塵燃爆實(shí)驗(yàn),探究燃爆事故機(jī)理,提出事故防治技術(shù)措施。詳細(xì)闡述了實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺功能需求、平臺構(gòu)成、爆炸管段設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算、數(shù)據(jù)處理、實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果分析等。學(xué)生通過實(shí)驗(yàn),可以了解易燃易爆氣體、粉塵燃燒爆炸的基本現(xiàn)象、爆炸效應(yīng)及爆炸機(jī)理,掌握燃燒、爆炸測試中高頻數(shù)據(jù)采集、處理的方法,加深了學(xué)生對可燃?xì)怏w、粉塵燃燒爆炸規(guī)律與防治的認(rèn)識,提高了學(xué)生的安全意識。
[Abstract]:An experimental platform for multi-structure, multi-stage gas and dust explosion mechanism is designed. The experimental platform can realize the free combination of straight pipe, curved pipe and bifurcation pipe, simulate the explosion experiment of gas cloud and dust under various industrial working conditions, explore the mechanism of explosion accident, and put forward the technical measures of accident prevention and control. The functional requirements of the experimental platform, the structure of the platform, the design and calculation of the explosion pipe section, the data processing and the analysis of the experimental results are described in detail. Through the experiment, the students can understand the basic phenomenon, explosion effect and explosion mechanism of flammable and explosive gas, dust combustion and explosion, master the methods of high frequency data acquisition and processing in combustion and explosion test, deepen the students' understanding of the law and prevention of combustible gas and dust combustion and explosion, and improve the students' safety consciousness.
