【摘要】：通過(guò)對(duì)比與分析,提出了一種煤礦鉆機(jī)用全方位鉆孔姿態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)裝置,并詳細(xì)介紹了該裝置的主要結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理。以某型鉆機(jī)為例,對(duì)該裝置的關(guān)鍵零部件進(jìn)行了有限元分析及機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:該裝置能在液壓閥的操縱下自動(dòng)完成鉆孔傾角、方位角及高度的調(diào)節(jié),自動(dòng)化程度高,滿(mǎn)足現(xiàn)場(chǎng)使用要求。
[Abstract]:Through comparison and analysis, a kind of omni-directional drilling attitude adjustment device for coal mine drilling rig is put forward, and the main structure and working principle of the device are introduced in detail. Taking a drilling rig as an example, the finite element analysis, kinematic analysis and field test of the key parts of the device are carried out. The test results show that the device can automatically adjust the drilling inclination angle, azimuth angle and height under the control of hydraulic valve, and the degree of automation is high, which meets the requirements of field application.
