舊工業(yè)建筑再生利用項(xiàng)目施工安全的評價及改進(jìn)

【摘要】:針對舊工業(yè)建筑再生利用項(xiàng)目施工過程中存在諸多安全隱患的問題,首先,結(jié)合此類項(xiàng)目遺留工業(yè)垃圾冗雜、施工場地狹窄、部分構(gòu)件拆換、大型機(jī)械使用受限的施工特點(diǎn)從4MTE角度構(gòu)建施工安全評價指標(biāo)體系。然后,在考慮指標(biāo)賦權(quán)的主客觀綜合性與評價工作的未確知性后,建立了基于結(jié)構(gòu)熵權(quán)法與未確知測度理論的舊工業(yè)建筑再生利用項(xiàng)目施工安全評價模型,并通過工程實(shí)例驗(yàn)證該模型,得出的評價結(jié)果與實(shí)際情況相符。最后,結(jié)合未確知測度單因素指標(biāo)測度函數(shù)的特點(diǎn),提出了施工安全管理改進(jìn)策略的制定方法。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems of many hidden dangers in the construction process of the old industrial building recycling project, firstly, combined with the construction characteristics of industrial waste, narrow construction site, partial component replacement and limited use of large machinery, the construction safety evaluation index system is constructed from the point of view of 4MTE. Then, after considering the subjective and objective synthesis of index weight and the uncertainty of evaluation work, a construction safety evaluation model of old industrial building recycling project based on structural entropy weight method and undetermined measure theory is established, and the model is verified by an engineering example, and the evaluation results are in good agreement with the actual situation. Finally, according to the characteristics of undetermined measure single factor index measure function, the formulation method of construction safety management improvement strategy is put forward.
