噴霧降塵中加速沉降塵粒霧滴尾流效應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:為了更為深刻地認(rèn)識(shí)與理解噴霧降塵機(jī)理,研究了射流霧滴的尾流流場(chǎng)以及射流霧滴尾流對(duì)塵粒沉降運(yùn)動(dòng)的影響。利用Fluent軟件模擬研究了靜止霧滴繞流流場(chǎng),通過伽利略坐標(biāo)變換得到射流霧滴尾流速度分布,繼而獲得塵粒迎風(fēng)面平均氣流速度;由塵粒受力分析可知塵粒所受流體曳力是塵粒運(yùn)動(dòng)的主要作用力,為此建立了塵粒迎風(fēng)面平均氣流速度與塵粒所受霧滴尾流流體曳力之間的關(guān)系。研究表明,射流霧滴背風(fēng)面為非均勻尾流流場(chǎng),發(fā)生了流動(dòng)分離,霧滴迎風(fēng)面與背風(fēng)面的流線不再對(duì)稱;噴霧降塵中射流霧滴的尾流效應(yīng)對(duì)塵粒的沉降運(yùn)動(dòng)起加速作用,且影響作用關(guān)系為:塵粒與霧滴的粒徑比d/D軸向間距s/D射流霧滴雷諾數(shù)Re_D。
[Abstract]:In order to understand and understand the mechanism of spray dust reduction, the wake flow field of jet droplets and the effect of jet droplet wake on the settling motion of dust particles were studied.
