礦用防滅火材料性能實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:通過實(shí)驗(yàn)研究不同反應(yīng)條件下合成的酚醛樹脂的理化性能,得出隨著反應(yīng)溫度升高、時(shí)間延長和催化劑用量的增加,酚醛樹脂的黏度、固含量、羥甲基指數(shù)逐漸增加,而樹脂中游離甲醛、游離苯酚逐漸減少;樹脂發(fā)泡最好的合成條件是20%的催化劑溶液20 g,反應(yīng)溫度75℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間3 h,其各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)是:黏度為2 250 m Pa·s,固含量為76.5%,p H值為8.19,游離甲醛含量為1.73%,游離苯酚含量為8.89%,凝膠時(shí)間為28.76 s,羥甲基指數(shù)為1.51。
[Abstract]:The physical and chemical properties of phenolic resin synthesized under different reaction conditions were studied experimentally. the results showed that the viscosity, solid content and hydroxymethyl index of phenolic resin increased gradually with the increase of reaction temperature, time and catalyst dosage. However, free formaldehyde and free phenol in the resin decreased gradually. The best synthesis conditions of resin foaming are as follows: 20% catalyst solution 20 g, reaction temperature 75 鈩,
