【摘要】：為了評價(jià)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因子耦合作用下的機(jī)加工車間安全狀況,構(gòu)建了一種基于協(xié)調(diào)耦合理論的機(jī)加工車間安全評價(jià)模型。首先,從人員因子、設(shè)備因子、環(huán)境因子和管理因子4個維度要素分析機(jī)加工車間風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因子間的耦合作用機(jī)理;基于此,建立機(jī)加工車間安全評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系;然后,構(gòu)建耦合協(xié)調(diào)模型對多因素交互耦合下的機(jī)加工車間安全狀況進(jìn)行評價(jià);最后,以安徽省某汽車機(jī)加工車間為例,對所建立的模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明,管理因子和人員因子對機(jī)加工車間的整體安全水平貢獻(xiàn)最大,同時(shí),車間整體安全狀況良好,評價(jià)結(jié)果與實(shí)際情況基本相一致。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the safety of machining workshop under the coupling of risk factors, a safety evaluation model of machining workshop based on coordinated coupling theory is constructed. Firstly, the coupling mechanism of risk factors in machining workshop is analyzed from four dimensional factors: personnel factor, equipment factor, environmental factor and management factor, and based on this, the safety evaluation index system of machining workshop is established. Then, the coupling coordination model is constructed to evaluate the safety of the machining workshop under the multi-factor interactive coupling. Finally, taking an automobile machining workshop in Anhui Province as an example, the established model is verified. The results show that the management factor and personnel factor contribute the most to the overall safety level of the machining workshop. At the same time, the overall safety condition of the workshop is good, and the evaluation results are basically consistent with the actual situation.
