【摘要】：針對(duì)綜掘工作面掘進(jìn)過程中粉塵污染問題,設(shè)計(jì)了一種新型高效的風(fēng)幕控塵除塵系統(tǒng),利用風(fēng)幕風(fēng)速衰減試驗(yàn)分析了風(fēng)幕風(fēng)速與距出口距離衰減的關(guān)系,當(dāng)風(fēng)幕末端風(fēng)速達(dá)到2 m/s以上就能夠有效控制呼吸性粉塵逃逸,另外,利用數(shù)值模擬的方法,對(duì)風(fēng)幕控塵除塵系統(tǒng)工作原理進(jìn)行了模擬,當(dāng)風(fēng)幕初速度為15 m/s、除塵風(fēng)筒負(fù)壓為-250 Pa時(shí),風(fēng)流到達(dá)巷道壁時(shí)的風(fēng)速均達(dá)到了3 m/s以上,風(fēng)幕控塵除塵系統(tǒng)起到了很好的控塵和除塵作用。并對(duì)壓入式通風(fēng)+濕式除塵機(jī)除塵的方式進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬,壓入式通風(fēng)的風(fēng)流大部分被除塵風(fēng)筒吸入,掘進(jìn)頭和壓入式風(fēng)筒與除塵風(fēng)筒重疊段形成了無風(fēng)區(qū),大部分粉塵顆粒和瓦斯不能夠及時(shí)排出,給生產(chǎn)帶來了極大的安全隱患。
