龍口港生產(chǎn)安全影響因素評價
[Abstract]:With the sustainable development of social economy and the continuous growth of shipping industry in our country, the demand for ports for cargo turnover is also increasing day by day. Port has become an important strategic resource to support the development of national economy and China's participation in the process of global economic integration. However, due to the complexity and high continuity of port production operations, there are many unsafe factors in port production operations, resulting in casualties and damage to machinery and objects caused by poor safety management. All kinds of safety accidents, such as environmental damage, are not uncommon. In 2015, the occurrence of Tianjin Port explosion caused another round and deeper understanding of the importance of safety production in port logistics park. How to reduce the occurrence of production safety accidents and ensure the safety of port production operations has become a more important issue for the leaders of Longkou Port enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to find out the influence of these causes on the safety of production in Longkou Port through the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods on the basis of analyzing the causes of Longkou Port production accidents, and to take measures accordingly. Minimize the occurrence of future production accidents. In view of the accident situation in Longkou Port in the past two years, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the existing management mode, qualitatively analyzes the causes of the accident, sums up five influencing factors and simply evaluates it. Then the mathematical model is established to evaluate these influencing factors quantitatively, and it is concluded that the influence degree of personnel factors is the greatest. In view of this factor, this paper puts forward that the problems of how to improve the quality of operators and optimize and perfect the relevant management system should be solved urgently in the production safety management of Longkou Port at present, and briefly introduces some measures that can be taken and the work plans that can be carried out. To reduce the incidence of safety accidents.
