微波間斷加載作用下煤中瓦斯解吸響應(yīng)特征實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為揭示煤中瓦斯解吸過程中加載微波作用對(duì)解吸特性的影響,分析探討了微波輻射促進(jìn)煤層瓦斯解吸的基本原理,研制了微波作用下煤中瓦斯解吸實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置,對(duì)微波間斷加載作用及無微波作用條件下煤中瓦斯解吸特性進(jìn)行了對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:微波作用對(duì)煤中瓦斯解吸具有明顯的促進(jìn)作用,微波作用時(shí)間越長(zhǎng),解吸量越大,解吸率越高。在微波作用40 s條件下,微波間斷加載作用使得煤樣瓦斯解吸量增加290%,解吸率達(dá)到87%,解吸速度最大提高率為1 020%。
[Abstract]:In order to reveal the effect of microwave loading on the desorption characteristics of coal gas in the process of gas desorption, the basic principle of microwave radiation promoting gas desorption in coal seam was analyzed and discussed, and the experimental equipment of gas desorption in coal was developed under the action of microwave. The characteristics of gas desorption in coal under microwave intermittent loading and without microwave action were studied in this paper. The experiment shows that microwave has obvious promoting effect on gas desorption in coal. The longer the microwave action time is, the larger the desorption amount is, and the higher the desorption rate is. Under the condition of microwave for 40 s, the desorption rate of coal sample gas was increased by 290%, the desorption rate was 87%, and the maximum desorption rate was 1.02% under the condition of microwave intermittent loading.
