綜采工作面煤塵擴(kuò)散規(guī)律的研究

【摘要】:采用CFD離散相物理模型對(duì)采煤工作面不同割煤方式煤塵擴(kuò)散進(jìn)行模擬,對(duì)模型中5條代表性直線進(jìn)行煤塵濃度檢測(cè),得出具有普遍試用的一般性煤塵擴(kuò)散規(guī)律。發(fā)現(xiàn)順風(fēng)割煤時(shí)煤塵水平方向擴(kuò)散速度快,但局限于采煤工作面底部范圍,中心線濃度在煤機(jī)后10~15 m達(dá)到峰值;逆風(fēng)割煤時(shí)煤塵垂直方向擴(kuò)散速度快,中心線濃度在煤機(jī)后5~10 m達(dá)到峰值,并且煤塵濃度峰值高于順風(fēng)割煤煤塵濃度峰值。2種割煤方式煤塵濃度在煤機(jī)后40~50 m處在水平方向達(dá)到基本穩(wěn)定,垂直方向煤塵底板濃度高于頂板濃度。
[Abstract]:The CFD discrete phase physical model is used to simulate the coal dust diffusion in different coal cutting modes in coal mining face. Five representative lines in the model are tested for coal dust concentration, and the general coal dust diffusion rule with universal trial is obtained. It is found that the horizontal diffusion speed of coal dust is fast when cutting coal with wind, but it is limited to the bottom of coal mining face, and the concentration of the center line reaches the peak value at 10 ~ 15 m after coal mining. When cutting coal by reverse wind, the vertical diffusion speed of coal dust is fast, and the concentration of the center line reaches the peak value at 5-10 m behind the coal-mining machine. The peak value of coal dust concentration is higher than that of Shunfeng cut coal dust concentration. The coal dust concentration of the two coal cutting methods is basically stable in the horizontal direction at 40 m after coal mining, and the vertical coal dust floor concentration is higher than the roof concentration.
