抽采泵站高低位水池清淤工藝及設(shè)計優(yōu)化

【摘要】:通過對現(xiàn)有設(shè)計影響抽采泵站循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)中高低位水池清淤過程中存在的問題和缺陷進行分析,提出了地面瓦斯抽采泵站循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)中高低位水池的清淤工藝方案,并對方案實施過程當中的安全措施進行了詳細的分析,提出"一池兩用"的優(yōu)化設(shè)計方案,實現(xiàn)了礦井不停泵清淤。優(yōu)化設(shè)計后,保證了泵體日常運行和定期清淤維護的用水需求,現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用效果良好。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the problems and defects existing in the process of desilting of the high and low position pools in the circulating water system of pumping station, the paper puts forward the technical scheme of cleaning the high and low position pools in the circulating water system of the surface gas pumping pump station, and analyzes the existing problems and defects in the process of desilting. The safety measures in the process of implementation of the scheme are analyzed in detail, and the optimal design scheme of "one pool and two-use" is put forward, which realizes the continuous pumping and dredging in the mine. After the optimization design, the pump body daily operation and regular dredging maintenance water demand is guaranteed, and the field application effect is good.
