【摘要】：介紹區(qū)域定量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)法的基本原理,并在某危險(xiǎn)貨物集裝箱堆場(chǎng)安全評(píng)估中實(shí)際應(yīng)用。首先對(duì)某危險(xiǎn)貨物集裝箱堆場(chǎng)重大危險(xiǎn)源等級(jí)進(jìn)行判定,并運(yùn)用CASST-QRA軟件對(duì)危險(xiǎn)品堆場(chǎng)事故后果進(jìn)行模擬,并繪制該堆場(chǎng)的個(gè)人風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等值線分布圖和社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)圖,最后根據(jù)判定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)確定該危險(xiǎn)貨物集裝箱堆場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)為可接受。結(jié)果表明區(qū)域定量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)法為危險(xiǎn)貨物集裝箱堆場(chǎng)安全評(píng)估提供評(píng)價(jià)依據(jù),為全面了解港區(qū)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和港區(qū)科學(xué)規(guī)劃提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the basic principle of the regional quantitative risk assessment method and its practical application in the safety assessment of a dangerous cargo container yard. First of all, the grade of major hazard sources of a dangerous cargo container yard is judged, and the accident consequence of dangerous goods yard is simulated by using CASST-QRA software, and the personal risk contour distribution map and social risk map of the yard are drawn. Finally, the risk of the dangerous cargo container yard is determined to be acceptable according to the criteria. The results show that the regional quantitative risk assessment method provides the evaluation basis for the safety assessment of dangerous cargo container yard and provides the theoretical basis for the comprehensive understanding of the port area risk and the scientific planning of the port area.
