高地溫環(huán)境對煤自燃極限參數(shù)的影響研究

【摘要】:針對深井高地溫環(huán)境對煤自燃極限參數(shù)的影響問題,利用程序升溫實驗研究的方法,進行煤樣恒溫40℃處理后程序升溫和常溫條件下程序升溫的實驗設(shè)計,研究煤樣的自燃特性,計算兩組煤樣的耗氧速率、CO產(chǎn)生率、CO2產(chǎn)生率和放熱強度,得出煤自燃極限參數(shù)的變化規(guī)律,實驗結(jié)果顯示:處理后升溫的煤樣耗氧速率、CO產(chǎn)生率、CO2產(chǎn)生率和放熱強度均高于常溫條件下升溫的煤樣,煤自燃極限參數(shù)中最小浮煤厚度和下限氧濃度值均減小,上限漏風強度值增大,并且變化率隨煤溫近似呈線性增長趨勢,說明高地溫導(dǎo)致煤體的氧化放熱性增強,更容易蓄熱升溫,自燃危險性增大。
