戊唑醇粉塵最小點火能試驗研究

【摘要】:采用1.2 L哈特曼管爆炸裝置分別對粒徑小于54μm、74μm、150μm及大于150μm的戊唑醇粉塵進行測試。針對戊唑醇粉塵濃度及粒徑范圍對其最小點火能的影響,分別進行單因素試驗,并對其危險性進行分級。結(jié)果表明,保持粒徑小于150μm,環(huán)境溫度為20℃,噴粉壓力為0.7 MPa,在質(zhì)量濃度100~1 300 g/m~3之間,戊唑醇粉塵的最佳敏感質(zhì)量濃度ρ_m為983.71 g/m~3,此時的最小點火能為404.74 mJ。保持戊唑醇粉塵質(zhì)量濃度為900 g/m~3,環(huán)境溫度為20℃,噴粉壓力為0.7 MPa不變,粒徑小于54μm、74μm、150μm及大于150μm的戊唑醇粉塵的最小點火能分別為10 mJ、100 mJ、400 mJ和1 000 mJ以上。因此,判定戊唑醇粉塵最小點火能屬于M2級,為特別著火敏感性。
