氣體流場動態(tài)平衡多點調控技術

【摘要】:基于礦井通風理論,系統(tǒng)分析了淺埋藏近距離煤層群開采條件下多層復合采空區(qū)內氣體流場的漏風狀態(tài)、漏風源、匯節(jié)點及壓能均衡要素,依據多點聯(lián)合調控的理念,集成了密閉堵漏、地表裂隙回填封堵、采動裂隙"O形圈"重點漏風通道封堵、關鍵層采空區(qū)注氮增壓、工作面系統(tǒng)風窗-風機調壓等技術的特點和優(yōu)勢,形成了氣體流場動態(tài)平衡多點調控技術,于回采工作面、上覆采空區(qū)、災變區(qū)域之間實現氣體流場的"動態(tài)平衡",達到抑制有害氣體侵入、減少采空區(qū)供氧的目的,通過在現場的實際應用,取得了良好的效果。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of mine ventilation, this paper systematically analyzes the air leakage state, air leakage source, sink node and pressure energy balance elements of gas flow field in multilayer compound goaf under the condition of shallow buried short distance coal seam group mining, and according to the idea of multi-point joint regulation and control. It integrates the characteristics and advantages of closed leakage plugging, surface fissure backfilling and plugging, key air leakage passage plugging of mining fissure "O circle", nitrogen injection and pressure increasing in goaf of key layer, air window and fan regulating pressure of working face system, etc. The multi-point control technology of dynamic equilibrium of gas flow field is formed, which realizes the "dynamic balance" of gas flow field between mining face, overlying goaf and catastrophic area, so as to restrain harmful gas invasion and reduce oxygen supply in goaf. Through the practical application in the field, good results have been obtained.
