空氣濕度對自吸過濾式口罩過濾性能的影響研究

【摘要】:口罩是阻止顆粒物進(jìn)入人體的有效防護(hù)用品,其性能優(yōu)劣直接影響著佩戴人員的健康與安全。采用國標(biāo)建議的呼吸阻力實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置與自制的過濾效率實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置,對自吸過濾式KN90,KN95系列口罩的呼吸阻力與不同相對濕度下的分級過濾效率進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明:所研究的6種口罩的呼氣阻力與吸氣阻力值不僅滿足國標(biāo)要求,而且滿足佩戴舒適性的要求;在同一風(fēng)速下,氣流相對濕度的增加,使2種口罩對粒徑為1μm以下顆粒物的過濾效率降低,對1μm以上顆粒物的過濾效率沒有影響。
[Abstract]:Mask is an effective protective device to prevent particulate matter from entering human body, and its performance directly affects the health and safety of the wearer. The respiratory resistance of self-suction KN90,KN95 series masks and the filtration efficiency of different relative humidity were studied by using the experimental apparatus of respiratory resistance and self-made filter efficiency. The results show that the expiratory resistance and inspiratory resistance of the six masks not only meet the requirements of national standard, but also meet the requirement of wearing comfort. Under the same wind speed, the increase of the relative humidity of the air flow reduced the filtration efficiency of the two masks for particles below 1 渭 m in diameter, but had no effect on the filtration efficiency of the particles above 1 渭 m.
