【摘要】：為分析建筑工人安全知識(shí)分享的影響因素及其關(guān)系,選取6個(gè)指標(biāo)、34個(gè)因子,構(gòu)建安全知識(shí)分享行為影響因素概念模型。采用問卷打分形式量化因子,用SPSS,AMOS等軟件對(duì)概念模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證性因子分析,并加以修正,得到指標(biāo)對(duì)工人安全知識(shí)分享行為的影響路徑系數(shù)。結(jié)果表明:組織氛圍、利益刺激、安全培訓(xùn)與專題討論對(duì)工人安全知識(shí)分享行為有顯著影響,且組織氛圍的影響系數(shù)最大。建筑企業(yè)可以通過改善組織氛圍、加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部管理、重視工人之間的溝通和交流、完善企業(yè)制度等方法,來提高工人之間安全知識(shí)分享行為的頻率,減少安全事故的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the influencing factors and their relationships of safety knowledge sharing among construction workers, a conceptual model of influencing factors of safety knowledge sharing behavior was constructed by selecting 6 indexes and 34 factors. By using the questionnaire scoring form quantization factor and using SPSS,AMOS and other software to analyze the concept model and modify it, the influence path coefficient of the index on workers' safety knowledge sharing behavior is obtained. The results showed that organizational atmosphere, interest stimulation, safety training and thematic discussion had significant effects on workers' safety knowledge sharing behavior, and the influence coefficient of organizational atmosphere was the greatest. Construction enterprises can improve the organizational atmosphere, strengthen the internal management, attach importance to the communication and communication among workers, perfect the enterprise system and so on, so as to increase the frequency of safety knowledge sharing among workers and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.
