城市軌道交通車輛段運營安全管理需求分析與系統(tǒng)開發(fā)
[Abstract]:As a safe, punctual, comfortable and fast mass transit vehicle, urban rail transit has gradually developed into a backbone public transport in large and medium-sized cities in China. Undertake most of the long-distance passenger transport functions within the city. With the development of urban rail transit and the increase of operation city and route, the operation scale of urban rail transit expands rapidly, which can solve traffic congestion, promote energy saving and emission reduction, save land resources and even promote the rapid development of urban economy. Improve the general public travel and quality of life play an extremely important role. Our government attaches great importance to and vigorously supports the development of urban rail transit, and its construction scale has also developed from a single line to multiple lines and planning rail transit network. Gradually planning to build urban rail transit as the backbone of the transportation network system, safe and comfortable, convenient and fast, better service to the public. As the rear support base of urban rail transit, the depot is responsible for parking, overhaul, commissioning, preparation and so on. The depot dispatching center is set up in the depot, which is the daily transportation organization and command center of urban rail transit. The posts of the depot dispatching center belong to different administrative departments. These positions are co-located to complete the rolling stock depot driving. Construction and safety management of depot. However, a considerable part of the job information is transferred from post to post in the dispatching center by oral or written paper. The scheduling plan and equipment operation are also manual and manual operation. The workload is large, the real time is poor, and the error is easy. Moreover, the ideological quality of the staff is very high, and the technical and professional quality, physiological and psychological quality are closely related to the operation safety. All complex interlaced operations are still controlled by people, and safety can no longer meet the requirements of operation safety and production management. In order to adapt to the rapid development of urban rail transit operation, a safety management card control system for the operation of urban rail transit depot is constructed, which provides a safe, reliable and comprehensive system for the operation, management and dispatching personnel of the depot of urban rail transit. In order to achieve the management goal of "safety, efficiency and convenience", it is urgent to develop a set of scientific and secure systems to ensure the safety of the depot in order to make the operation of the depot more secure and efficient. This paper focuses on the development of urban rail transit depot operation safety management card control system. Through summing up the problems existing in the operation and management of domestic urban rail transit depot, combing and analyzing the risk factors of operation safety management in each operation link, making full use of computer programming technology, In view of the weak links and key operations of the operation safety management of the depot a set of safety management card control system suitable for the development of urban rail transit and meeting the operational requirements of the depot is developed. Management and dispatch personnel through landing safety management card control system, depot operations follow the process of program control, each item of input in advance of the safety conditions and risk points to judge, Only when all the conditions are safely checked and checked by the system, the system prompts the operation procedure step and allows the operation system to generate the job notice and predict the result. The manual control of some traditional work flow can be replaced by visual and automatic system to prevent human error from equipment and system, so as to reduce the occurrence rate of accidents in production safety and improve the efficiency of work effectively at the same time.
