山區(qū)高速公路安全評價方法研究

【摘要】:面對日趨嚴(yán)峻的山區(qū)高速公路道路交通安全狀況,,研究山區(qū)高速公路安全評價的方法有著非常重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文從車輛運行車速、事故預(yù)測以及道路線形三方面入手探討適合山區(qū)高速公路安全評價的方法。 《公路項目安全性評價指南》(下稱“指南”)和美國交互式道路安全設(shè)計模型軟件(IHSDM)的設(shè)計一致性評價模塊(DCM)都建立了道路速度預(yù)測模型,并給出了基于運行車速的設(shè)計一致性評價方法。分析兩個模型預(yù)測方式及存在的異同,并將其應(yīng)用于山區(qū)高速公路設(shè)計一致性評價。應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明:指南速度預(yù)測結(jié)果較DCM模塊差,設(shè)計一致性評價結(jié)果存在分歧;兩種方法均不能有效用于山區(qū)高速公路設(shè)計一致性安全評價,缺少針對性。 標(biāo)定IHSDM的事故預(yù)測模型(CPM)用于山區(qū)高速公路事故預(yù)測。應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明:CPM模塊在山區(qū)高速公路的事故預(yù)測結(jié)果與實際調(diào)研結(jié)果差異較大,未能反映山區(qū)高速公路的事故特點;分析預(yù)測結(jié)果與調(diào)研結(jié)果差異大的原因。 分析常見道路線形因子與山區(qū)高速公路道路線形特征之間的關(guān)聯(lián)。本文結(jié)合基于平曲線曲率變化率(CCR)延伸的三種評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn),探討在山區(qū)高速公路的實用性;結(jié)合平曲線半徑與平均半徑的比值(CRR)和單個平曲線路段平均縱坡坡度與按平曲線個數(shù)平均的坡度的比值(LSS,坡度取絕對值),研究兩者作為道路線形因子對于評價山區(qū)高速公路的作用。應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明:道路線形因子在山區(qū)高速公路安全評價方面的作用較小,應(yīng)用效果不理想。
[Abstract]:In the face of the increasingly serious situation of highway traffic safety in mountainous area, it is of great practical significance to study the method of highway safety evaluation in mountainous area. This paper discusses the method of safety evaluation of expressway in mountainous area from three aspects of vehicle speed accident prediction and road alignment. The Highway Project Safety Evaluation Guide (hereinafter referred to as "the Guide") and the design consistency evaluation module (DCM) of the interactive road safety design model software (IHSDM) in the United States have established the road speed prediction model. The evaluation method of design consistency based on running speed is also given. The two models are analyzed and their similarities and differences are analyzed and applied to the evaluation of the consistency of highway design in mountainous areas. The application results show that the prediction result of guide speed is worse than that of DCM module, and the evaluation results of design consistency are different, and the two methods can not be effectively used in the safety evaluation of design consistency of highway design in mountain areas, and lack of pertinence. The accident prediction model (CPM), which is calibrated by IHSDM, is applied to the accident prediction of expressway in mountainous area. The application results show that the accident prediction results of CPM module in mountain expressway are different from the actual investigation results, and the accident characteristics of mountain expressway can not be reflected, and the reasons for the difference between the prediction results and the investigation results are analyzed. The relationship between common road alignment factors and road alignment characteristics of mountain expressway is analyzed. This paper discusses the practicability of highway in mountainous area based on three evaluation criteria based on (CCR) extension of flat curve curvature change rate. Combined with the ratio of radius of plane curve to average radius (CRR) and the ratio of average longitudinal slope gradient of single section of flat curve to the average gradient according to the number of flat curves (LSS, slope is taken as absolute value), This paper studies the role of both as road alignment factors in evaluating mountain expressway. The application results show that the road alignment factor has little effect on highway safety evaluation in mountainous area, and the application effect is not ideal.
