細(xì)水霧對(duì)非金屬管材抗靜電性能影響的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:利用水降低管材表面電阻的原理,測(cè)試了細(xì)水霧在不同噴霧壓力下,煤礦井下常用的PVC、PE管樣品內(nèi)外表面電阻率。研究結(jié)果表明:PVC、PE管內(nèi)外表面平均電阻率隨噴霧壓力的增加均呈指數(shù)衰減函數(shù)降低;同等條件下,PVC、PE管內(nèi)表面平均電阻率均小于外表面電阻率,而PVC管的表面電阻率要小于PE管;PVC管在試驗(yàn)中達(dá)到了抗靜電性能的要求,更適合在煤礦井下使用。
[Abstract]:Based on the principle of reducing the surface resistance of pipe by water, the surface resistivity of PVC,PE pipe samples which are commonly used in coal mine under different spray pressure of water mist is measured. The results show that the average surface resistivity of PVC,PE tube decreases exponentially with the increase of spray pressure. Under the same conditions, the average surface resistivity of PVC,PE tube is lower than that of outer surface, while the surface resistivity of PVC tube is smaller than that of PE tube. PVC tube meets the requirements of antistatic property in test, and is more suitable for underground use in coal mine.
