大唐勝利東二礦皮帶驅(qū)動(dòng)站高壓微霧除塵系統(tǒng)試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:本論文針對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古大唐國際錫林浩特礦業(yè)有限公司M102、M103、M106三個(gè)皮帶驅(qū)動(dòng)站的逸塵問題,經(jīng)過現(xiàn)場考察調(diào)研測得了現(xiàn)場粉塵特性,經(jīng)過實(shí)驗(yàn)研究分析了粉塵的潤濕性、爆炸性和自燃傾向性,并根據(jù)現(xiàn)場具體情況并結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)貧夂、水資源條件等對(duì)其進(jìn)行了皮帶驅(qū)動(dòng)車間粉塵綜合治理改造設(shè)計(jì),介紹了高壓微霧除塵系統(tǒng)的組成及運(yùn)行,使得高壓微霧除塵系統(tǒng)在皮帶驅(qū)動(dòng)站粉塵治理中得以實(shí)際應(yīng)用,通過計(jì)算現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)分析得出最佳的噴霧參數(shù):噴嘴孔徑為0.5mm,噴霧壓力為5~7MPa,霧滴粒徑為3μm~30μm,在產(chǎn)塵源頭有效捕捉粉塵微粒達(dá)到降塵作用,降塵效率達(dá)80%~90%。粉塵治理后有效提高了員工的工作效率,降低了機(jī)械設(shè)備的損耗率,減少了企業(yè)對(duì)于職業(yè)病防治的投入成本及耗水成本,取得了良好的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:In this paper, aiming at the problem of dust escape in three belt driving stations of Datang International Xilinhaote Mining Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia, through field investigation and investigation, the field dust characteristics are measured, and the wettability of dust is analyzed through experimental research. According to the specific situation of the site, combined with the local climate and water resources condition, the comprehensive control design of dust in the belt drive workshop is carried out. The composition and operation of the dust removal system with high pressure micro-fog are introduced. The dust removal system of high pressure micro fog can be applied in the dust treatment of belt drive station. The optimum spray parameters are obtained through field test and analysis: the nozzle diameter is 0.5 mm, the spray pressure is 5 ~ 7 MPa, the droplet diameter is 3 渭 m ~ (-1) 30 渭 m, and the diameter of droplet is 3 渭 m ~ (30 渭 m). The dust particles can be effectively captured at the source of dust production, and the dust reduction efficiency is 80% and 90% respectively. After dust treatment, the working efficiency of employees is improved, the loss rate of machinery and equipment is reduced, the input cost and water consumption cost of prevention and treatment of occupational diseases are reduced, and good social and economic benefits are obtained.
