【摘要】：從近年大規(guī)模集成電路制造潔凈廠房消防設(shè)計案例及日常運行的實際經(jīng)驗出發(fā),結(jié)合國內(nèi)相關(guān)標準及國際標準的相關(guān)規(guī)定,對大規(guī)模集成電路制造潔凈廠房消防設(shè)計中的一些要點進行了探討,并給出相應(yīng)的建議性設(shè)計方式及依據(jù),包括火災(zāi)危險性等級、耐火等級及防火分區(qū)的確定,火災(zāi)自動報警系統(tǒng)、自動滅火系統(tǒng)、機械排煙系統(tǒng)及其他需特殊設(shè)備設(shè)施消防保護等的設(shè)計要求及需特別注意的要點。
[Abstract]:Based on the case of fire control design and daily operation of the clean workshop for large-scale integrated circuit manufacturing in recent years, combined with the relevant domestic and international standards, This paper probes into some key points in the fire protection design of the clean workshop of large-scale integrated circuit manufacturing, and gives the corresponding suggested design methods and bases, including the determination of the fire hazard grade, the fire resistance grade and the fire prevention zone. The design requirements of automatic fire alarm system, automatic fire extinguishing system, mechanical smoke exhaust system and other special equipment fire protection, etc., and the key points needing special attention.
