【摘要】：為安全儲(chǔ)存自燃傾向性強(qiáng)的煤種,對(duì)燃煤電廠在不同存煤方式下煤的低溫氧化反應(yīng)特性及鍋爐出口煙氣對(duì)封閉煤場煤低溫氧化反應(yīng)的影響進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,在傳統(tǒng)存煤方式下,蒙煤在100℃下低溫氧化反應(yīng)48h和96h后發(fā)熱量Qnet,daf分別降低了14.59%和15.87%,該存煤方式具有較好的氧氣補(bǔ)充條件,不適合存儲(chǔ)自燃傾向性強(qiáng)的煤;采用封閉煤場存煤時(shí),蒙煤在100℃下低溫氧化反應(yīng)48h和96h后Qnet,daf分別僅降低了6.8%和8.35%,但在未裝滿煤時(shí),封閉煤場對(duì)低溫氧化反應(yīng)的抑制效果有限;蒙煤在封閉煤場充煙氣的存煤狀態(tài)下,100℃低溫氧化反應(yīng)48h和96h后Qnet,daf分別降低了3.78%和5.8%,能夠有效抑制煤低溫氧化的進(jìn)行。
