煙氣對(duì)封閉煤場煤低溫氧化反應(yīng)的影響

【摘要】:為安全儲(chǔ)存自燃傾向性強(qiáng)的煤種,對(duì)燃煤電廠在不同存煤方式下煤的低溫氧化反應(yīng)特性及鍋爐出口煙氣對(duì)封閉煤場煤低溫氧化反應(yīng)的影響進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,在傳統(tǒng)存煤方式下,蒙煤在100℃下低溫氧化反應(yīng)48h和96h后發(fā)熱量Qnet,daf分別降低了14.59%和15.87%,該存煤方式具有較好的氧氣補(bǔ)充條件,不適合存儲(chǔ)自燃傾向性強(qiáng)的煤;采用封閉煤場存煤時(shí),蒙煤在100℃下低溫氧化反應(yīng)48h和96h后Qnet,daf分別僅降低了6.8%和8.35%,但在未裝滿煤時(shí),封閉煤場對(duì)低溫氧化反應(yīng)的抑制效果有限;蒙煤在封閉煤場充煙氣的存煤狀態(tài)下,100℃低溫氧化反應(yīng)48h和96h后Qnet,daf分別降低了3.78%和5.8%,能夠有效抑制煤低溫氧化的進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:In order to safely store the coal with strong spontaneous combustion tendency, the characteristics of coal oxidation under different coal storage modes and the influence of boiler flue gas on the low temperature oxidation reaction of coal in closed coal yard were studied.
