安全殼過(guò)濾排放系統(tǒng)中固體粉末氣溶膠發(fā)生裝置設(shè)計(jì)與性能研究

【摘要】:在進(jìn)行安全殼過(guò)濾排放系統(tǒng)對(duì)氣溶膠過(guò)濾性能的測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí),針對(duì)現(xiàn)有固體粉末氣溶膠發(fā)生裝置不能用于高壓配送系統(tǒng)的缺點(diǎn),本文設(shè)計(jì)了一種能夠應(yīng)用于高壓系統(tǒng)、黏性粉末配送的雙筒多級(jí)流化循環(huán)型氣溶膠發(fā)生裝置,它不僅能夠配送滿足要求的氣溶膠,還實(shí)現(xiàn)了高壓在線連續(xù)供粉功能。經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,氣溶膠配送量的相對(duì)誤差在15%以內(nèi),滿足研究要求。
[Abstract]:In the experiment of testing aerosol filtration performance of containment filter discharge system, aiming at the shortcoming that the existing solid powder aerosol generating device can not be used in high-pressure distribution system, a kind of high-pressure system is designed in this paper. The binocular multistage fluidized circulating aerosol generating device for viscous powder distribution can not only distribute aerosols that meet the requirements, but also realize the function of continuous high-pressure on-line powder supply. The experimental results show that the relative error of aerosol distribution is less than 15%, which meets the research requirements.
