瓦斯抽采過程中煤體低溫氧化對煤巖動力災害的影響

【摘要】:為了探究瓦斯抽采過程中煤巖動力災害演化過程,了解煤體低溫氧化對瓦斯突出影響的作用機理,通過保水法測孔隙率、P波波速測量、瓦斯放散初速度△p和煤巖堅固性系數(shù)f來評估瓦斯抽采過程中煤體低溫氧化對煤巖動力災害發(fā)生的影響。實驗表明:隨著煤體氧化溫度的升高,煤體質(zhì)量和P波波速持續(xù)降低,煤體內(nèi)部裂隙逐步發(fā)育,孔隙率提高了73.3%;由于煤體內(nèi)部裂隙發(fā)育,煤體結(jié)構(gòu)遭到破壞,堅固性系數(shù)隨著煤體氧化溫度的升高而降低;與煤體堅固性系數(shù)相反,由于煤體內(nèi)部裂隙發(fā)育,為瓦斯釋放提供了通道,導致瓦斯放散初速度隨著煤體氧化溫度的升高而增加,并且升高速率逐步增加。煤體的低溫氧化過程會導致煤體強度降低,瓦斯涌出壓力增加,引發(fā)瓦斯突出綜合預測指標K值大幅增加,煤巖動力災害發(fā)生可能性也隨著增加。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the evolution process of coal and rock dynamic disasters during gas extraction, and to understand the mechanism of the influence of low temperature oxidation of coal body on gas outburst, the porosity and P wave velocity were measured by water retention method. The initial velocity of gas release p and the coefficient f of coal rock firmness are used to evaluate the influence of low temperature oxidation of coal body on the occurrence of dynamic disasters of coal and rock during the process of gas extraction. The experimental results show that with the increase of coal oxidation temperature, the mass of coal and the velocity of P wave decrease continuously, the cracks in coal body develop gradually, and the porosity increases by 73.3%. Because of the development of internal cracks in coal body, the structure of coal body is destroyed, and the coefficient of solidity decreases with the increase of oxidation temperature of coal body. Contrary to the solid coefficient of coal, because of the development of cracks in coal body, the gas release channel is provided, and the initial velocity of gas release increases with the increase of oxidation temperature of coal body, and the rising rate increases step by step. The low temperature oxidation process of coal body will lead to the decrease of coal strength, the increase of gas emission pressure, the increase of K value of comprehensive prediction index of gas outburst, and the possibility of occurrence of dynamic disaster of coal and rock with increasing.
