基于ZigBee的井下機車監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)研究
[Abstract]:Coal is still the main energy in the future of our country. The safe production and management of coal mine is related to the stable and sustainable development of national economy. The transportation of underground coal is mostly in the form of locomotive transportation, which takes into account the impact of safe transportation of locomotives on coal production, but the information technology of coal transportation safety management in China is still not high. The underground locomotive transportation monitoring system is affected by the underground environment, such as coverage, extensibility and flexibility, so it is necessary to improve the underground locomotive monitoring system. A monitoring system of underground locomotive based on ZigBee technology is constructed in this paper. TI CC2430/CC2431 chip and single chip microcomputer AT89C51RD2 are used to design node hardware, including coordinator node, reference node and mobile node. Firstly, their hardware circuits and some peripheral circuits are designed, including power supply, serial port, RF circuit, etc. Keys, etc.; Mobile node needs positioning function, so it uses CC2431 chip with positioning engine function. Then the network simulation environment is constructed under the IAR software and the experimental data are obtained. Finally, the software design of the node, according to the specific design characteristics and actual requirements of the node, the node location, wireless signal transmission, signal reception software design, including workflow and program code. In order to realize the wireless network transmission, the node of the network algorithm is used to build the network. The well monitoring center can grasp the number and position information of mine locomotive in time, realize the tracking and positioning of underground locomotive, and effectively dispatch and distribute the underground vehicle. Improving the working efficiency of locomotive is also convenient for the safety management of mine locomotive. To sum up, this monitoring system has broad application prospect and high use value in coal mine safety production.
