基于ZigBee的井下機(jī)車監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:煤炭仍然是我國(guó)未來的主要能源,煤礦的安全生產(chǎn)和管理關(guān)系到國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)定可持續(xù)發(fā)展。在井下煤炭的運(yùn)輸大都采用機(jī)車運(yùn)輸?shù)男问?這就考慮到機(jī)車安全運(yùn)輸給煤炭生產(chǎn)帶來的影響,但是我國(guó)在煤炭運(yùn)輸安全管理這塊信息化技術(shù)仍然不高,井下機(jī)車運(yùn)輸監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)受到井下環(huán)境的影響,比如覆蓋率,延展性,靈活性都受局限,因此我們有必要對(duì)井下的機(jī)車監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。 論文構(gòu)建了一種基于ZigBee技術(shù)的井下機(jī)車監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。采用TI公司CC2430/CC2431芯片和單片機(jī)AT89C51RD2設(shè)計(jì)節(jié)點(diǎn)硬件,包括協(xié)調(diào)器節(jié)點(diǎn)、參考節(jié)點(diǎn)和移動(dòng)節(jié)點(diǎn),首先對(duì)他們的硬件電路以及一些外圍電路進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),包括電源、串口、射頻電路、按鍵等;移動(dòng)節(jié)點(diǎn)需要定位功能,所以采用自帶定位引擎功能的CC2431芯片。接著在IAR軟件下構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)仿真環(huán)境并進(jìn)行仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),得出實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。最后就是節(jié)點(diǎn)的軟件設(shè)計(jì),根據(jù)節(jié)點(diǎn)具體的設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)和實(shí)際需求,對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)定位和無線信號(hào)發(fā)送、信號(hào)接收進(jìn)行軟件設(shè)計(jì),包括工作流程及程序代碼。通過組網(wǎng)算法節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行組網(wǎng),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸。 井上的監(jiān)控中心就可以及時(shí)掌握礦井機(jī)車的編號(hào)和位置信息,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)井下機(jī)車的跟蹤定位,有效地對(duì)井下車輛進(jìn)行調(diào)度與分配,提高機(jī)車的工作效率也便于礦井機(jī)車的安全管理。綜上所述,該監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在煤礦安全生產(chǎn)中具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景和較高的使用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Coal is still the main energy in the future of our country. The safe production and management of coal mine is related to the stable and sustainable development of national economy. The transportation of underground coal is mostly in the form of locomotive transportation, which takes into account the impact of safe transportation of locomotives on coal production, but the information technology of coal transportation safety management in China is still not high. The underground locomotive transportation monitoring system is affected by the underground environment, such as coverage, extensibility and flexibility, so it is necessary to improve the underground locomotive monitoring system. A monitoring system of underground locomotive based on ZigBee technology is constructed in this paper. TI CC2430/CC2431 chip and single chip microcomputer AT89C51RD2 are used to design node hardware, including coordinator node, reference node and mobile node. Firstly, their hardware circuits and some peripheral circuits are designed, including power supply, serial port, RF circuit, etc. Keys, etc.; Mobile node needs positioning function, so it uses CC2431 chip with positioning engine function. Then the network simulation environment is constructed under the IAR software and the experimental data are obtained. Finally, the software design of the node, according to the specific design characteristics and actual requirements of the node, the node location, wireless signal transmission, signal reception software design, including workflow and program code. In order to realize the wireless network transmission, the node of the network algorithm is used to build the network. The well monitoring center can grasp the number and position information of mine locomotive in time, realize the tracking and positioning of underground locomotive, and effectively dispatch and distribute the underground vehicle. Improving the working efficiency of locomotive is also convenient for the safety management of mine locomotive. To sum up, this monitoring system has broad application prospect and high use value in coal mine safety production.
