排放鉆孔快速促排瓦斯合理深度研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)伏巖煤業(yè)煤巷掘進(jìn)局部施工的排放鉆孔消突效果差,掘進(jìn)時(shí)瓦斯超限嚴(yán)重、頻繁等問題,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用分析認(rèn)為排放鉆孔深度是影響排放效果的關(guān)鍵因素,采用現(xiàn)場鉆屑法演算了煤巷前方煤體應(yīng)力和煤層透氣性的變化規(guī)律,在此基礎(chǔ)上確定排放鉆孔合理深度為12.2 m。經(jīng)在3013運(yùn)輸順槽掘進(jìn)工作面試驗(yàn),回風(fēng)流瓦斯?jié)舛饶芸刂圃?.4%以內(nèi),掘進(jìn)速度提高近1倍,取得了理想效果。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems such as poor outburst elimination effect of drainage boreholes in local construction of coal roadway excavation in Fuyan coal industry, serious gas overlimit and frequent in excavation, combined with field application analysis, it is considered that the depth of drainage borehole is the key factor affecting the drainage effect. The variation law of coal body stress and coal seam permeability in front of coal roadway is calculated by using field drilling method, and the reasonable depth of discharge borehole is determined to be 12.2 m. The gas concentration in the return air flow can be controlled within 0.4% and the tunneling speed is nearly doubled through the test in 3013 transport driving face along the trench, and the ideal effect has been obtained.
