綜采工作面PM2.5粉塵噴霧沉降效果優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:基于噴霧降塵機理對各類型噴嘴噴霧性能進行分析,結合現場確定了適用于該工作面噴嘴的選取原則,選取SD302型錐形噴嘴。改變采煤機外噴霧供水壓力,對工作面采煤期間不同位置處呼吸性粉塵濃度(7.07μm)和PM2.5粉塵濃度進行多次測量,并進行降塵效率計算,確定供水壓力為4 MPa。
[Abstract]:Based on the mechanism of spray dust control, the spray performance of various types of nozzles is analyzed. Combined with the selection principle of nozzles suitable for the working face, SD302 type conical nozzles are selected. By changing the pressure of spraying water supply outside the shearer, measuring the concentration of respiratory dust (7.07 渭 m) and PM2.5 dust at different positions during coal mining, the dust reduction efficiency was calculated, and the water supply pressure was determined to be 4 MPa..
