【摘要】：為預(yù)防煤自燃,研究用一種脫氧劑阻止煤自燃并耗氧的可行性。在添加與不添加阻化劑和不同供氧條件下,對(duì)取自宣東煤礦的煤樣進(jìn)行持續(xù)升溫試驗(yàn)。提出用單一脫氧劑阻煤自燃并且耗氧的觀點(diǎn)。分析脫氧劑在煤礦井下的適用性,計(jì)算其在阻氧過(guò)程中的焓變。結(jié)果表明,阻化劑能夠降低煤氧化的概率,氧濃度下降會(huì)減小煤氧化的劇烈程度,用脫氧劑能同時(shí)阻止煤自燃和消耗氧氣。預(yù)防井下煤自燃較為理想的脫氧劑是鐵系脫氧劑。
[Abstract]:In order to prevent coal spontaneous combustion, the feasibility of preventing coal spontaneous combustion and consuming oxygen with a deoxidizer was studied. The continuous heating test of coal samples from Xuandong Coal Mine was carried out under the conditions of adding or not adding inhibitor and different oxygen supply. The viewpoint of preventing coal spontaneous combustion and consuming oxygen with a single deoxidizer is put forward. The applicability of deoxidizer in coal mine is analyzed and the enthalpy change of deoxidizer in the process of oxygen resistance is calculated. The results show that the inhibition agent can reduce the probability of coal oxidation, the decrease of oxygen concentration can reduce the intensity of coal oxidation, and the deoxidizer can simultaneously prevent the spontaneous combustion of coal and consumption of oxygen. The ideal deoxidizer for preventing coal spontaneous combustion is iron deoxidizer.
