考慮煤層含水率的穿層鉆孔布置參數(shù)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:針對于含水率較大煤層的瓦斯鉆孔抽采半徑受含水率影響較大的問題,借助含水率與煤體滲透率的動態(tài)關(guān)系,結(jié)合誤差對比分析,對瓦斯壓力值進(jìn)行參數(shù)擬合,得出了適用于水-瓦斯-煤三相耦合的Klinkenberg效應(yīng)方程及煤體孔隙率-含水率關(guān)系的方程。在上述模型基礎(chǔ)下,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場實(shí)際條件,模擬了穿層鉆孔最佳的抽采半徑,并在現(xiàn)場運(yùn)用,鉆孔間距10 m時(shí)瓦斯抽出在73.2%左右,抽采效果良好。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that the radius of gas borehole drainage in coal seam with high moisture content is greatly affected by water content, by virtue of the dynamic relationship between water content and permeability of coal body, combining with the comparative analysis of errors, the parameter fitting of gas pressure value is carried out. The equation of Klinkenberg effect and the relation between porosity and water content of coal body are obtained, which are suitable for the three-phase coupling of water, gas and coal. On the basis of the above model, combined with the actual conditions on the spot, the optimum extraction radius of the perforated borehole is simulated, and it is used in the field. The gas extraction is about 73.2% when the borehole spacing is 10 m, and the drainage effect is good.
