【摘要】：針對斷層附近破碎頂板條件下履帶式行走支架在邊角煤短壁開采中的壓架問題,介紹了斷層影響下頂板冒落導(dǎo)致行走支架被壓的全過程,按照"應(yīng)急快處—原因分析—事故處理"的程序,迅速采取了有效的應(yīng)急快處措施,分析了直接和間接原因,提出了頂板、松散矸石堆注漿加固方法,分析了回柱絞車的最大牽引力和選型,并通過回柱絞車和行走支架協(xié)同牽引作用,將支架成功拉出。實踐證明,注漿加固和回柱絞車的合理應(yīng)用,是不穩(wěn)定頂板條件下短時間內(nèi)處理行走支架壓架的有效方法。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the pressure frame problem of crawler walking support in short wall mining of edge coal under the condition of broken roof near fault, this paper introduces the whole process of roof caving under the influence of fault, which leads to the compression of walking support. According to the procedure of "emergency quick place-cause analysis-accident treatment", the effective emergency quick place measures are taken quickly, the direct and indirect causes are analyzed, and the reinforcement method of roof and loose gangue pile grouting is put forward. The maximum traction force and type selection of the return pillar winch are analyzed, and the support is pulled out successfully through the synergistic traction between the return pillar winch and the walking support. It is proved by practice that the reasonable application of grouting reinforcement and return column winch is an effective method to deal with the pressing frame of walking support in a short time under unstable roof condition.
