山區(qū)高速公路交通安全分析與設(shè)施保障技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:山區(qū)高速公路沿線地質(zhì)地形條件復(fù)雜,整體線形指標(biāo)較差,且雨霧冰雪等惡劣天氣多發(fā),不利于行車安全,亟待科學(xué)有效的交通安全改善措施。本研究依托大廣高速泰贛段、滬昆高速昌金段2964起事故統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),系統(tǒng)研究山區(qū)高速公路交通安全分析與設(shè)施功能提升理論方法、實用技術(shù),旨在提高其整體安全水平和服務(wù)性能。 對事故數(shù)據(jù)進行挖掘,分析了事故分布特征,構(gòu)建了道路幾何線形指標(biāo)與事故率間的統(tǒng)計關(guān)系模型。山區(qū)高速公路線形不良路段眾多,,交通流復(fù)雜,大型貨車比例大,車輛超速重載情況常見,在線形不良路段易引發(fā)沖出路外或追尾等嚴(yán)重事故。研究提出了山區(qū)高速公路線形一致性的評價三準(zhǔn)則,即設(shè)計一致性、運行速度一致性、車輛動力性能一致性,確定了“好”、“可接受”、“差”三級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。構(gòu)建了山區(qū)高速公路交通安全水平評價的灰色聚類的方法,以泰贛高速為例進行了案例分析。 對比評述了常用事故多發(fā)點鑒別的方法,采用5種方法分析大廣高速泰贛區(qū)間K2951 K2998段的事故分布狀況,認(rèn)定同時被4種及以上方法確定的30個路段為事故多發(fā)點段,并聚類為8個事故多發(fā)路段群,以診斷其成因。根據(jù)井睦高速的設(shè)計資料,構(gòu)建了其幾何線形指標(biāo)(平曲線半徑、平曲線轉(zhuǎn)角、坡度)與億車公里事故率間的統(tǒng)計關(guān)系模型,評估其建成投入運營期間的安全狀況。 遵循“視覺誘導(dǎo)”、“視覺警示”、“觸覺強制減速”、“事故防護”的安保工程設(shè)計思想,系統(tǒng)研究了視覺誘導(dǎo)設(shè)施、視覺警示設(shè)施、強制減速設(shè)施、路側(cè)視域凈區(qū)(直線段、曲線段、縱坡段)、防眩板、路側(cè)防撞護欄及緊急避險車道的設(shè)置方法和技術(shù)要求,以便于車輛偏離正常行車道時引導(dǎo)和警示安全行車,并做好剎車失靈等突發(fā)事件時緊急避險及防護。以大廣高速泰贛段K2965+971至K2976+571區(qū)間的連續(xù)長大下坡為研究對象,引入經(jīng)驗貝葉斯模型,對其安裝振動減速標(biāo)線進行了效能評價。 本研究相關(guān)成果可為山區(qū)高速公路的設(shè)計與運營管理提供一定技術(shù)支撐,對平原區(qū)等其它類型高速公路的安全保障同樣有所借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:The geological and topographic conditions along the highway in mountainous area are complex, the overall linear index is poor, and the severe weather, such as rain, fog and ice and snow, is frequent, which is not conducive to driving safety, so it is urgent to improve traffic safety scientifically and effectively. Based on the statistical data of 2964 accidents in Tai-Gan section of Daguang Expressway and Changjin Section of Hu-Kun Expressway, this study systematically studies the theoretical methods and practical techniques of highway traffic safety analysis and facility function upgrading in mountainous areas. Aims to improve its overall security level and service performance. In this paper, the accident data are mined, the distribution characteristics of accidents are analyzed, and the statistical relationship model between road geometric linear index and accident rate is established. There are many bad alignment sections of mountainous expressway, complicated traffic flow, large proportion of large trucks, overspeed and heavy load of vehicles, which can easily lead to serious accidents such as rushing out of the road or rear-end. In this paper, three criteria for evaluating alignment consistency of mountainous expressway are proposed, which are design consistency, speed consistency and vehicle dynamic performance consistency. The three criteria of "good", "acceptable" and "poor" are determined. This paper compares and comments on the methods of identifying common accident prone sites, analyzes the accident distribution of K2951 / K2998 section in Taigan section of Daguang high speed highway by 5 methods, and considers 30 sections determined by 4 or more methods to be accident prone sites. In order to diagnose the causes, the cluster is composed of 8 accident-prone road sections. Based on the design data of Jingmu high speed, the statistical relationship model between geometric linear index (radius of plane curve, angle of plane curve, slope) and accident rate of 100 million kilometers was established to evaluate the safety situation of the system during its completion and operation. Following the security engineering design idea of "visual guidance", "visual warning", "tactile forced deceleration" and "accident prevention", the paper systematically studied visual guidance facilities, visual warning facilities, forced deceleration facilities, The setting methods and technical requirements of road side visual area (straight line section, curve section, longitudinal slope section), anti-dizziness board, road side collision barrier and emergency escape lane, in order to guide and warn the vehicle to drive safely when deviating from the normal carriageway, And do a good job brake failure and other emergencies when the emergency risk avoidance and protection. Taking the continuous downhill between K2965 971 and K2976 571 in Taigan section of Daguang Expressway as the research object, an empirical Bayesian model is introduced to evaluate the effectiveness of the installation of vibration deceleration line. The results of this study can provide some technical support for the design and operation management of expressway in mountainous area, and can also be used for reference to other types of highway safety in plain area.
