官地煤礦29403綜放工作面停采撤架期間的防滅火技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:本論文根據(jù)煤層自燃的本質(zhì)特性和自燃的時(shí)間和空間特性,以及綜放工作面停采撤架期間煤層自燃發(fā)火因素的特殊性,結(jié)合官地煤礦現(xiàn)有的技術(shù)與設(shè)備,對(duì)綜放工作面停采期間的煤層防滅火提出了“以預(yù)防為主、早期預(yù)報(bào)作先導(dǎo)、固瑞特GRT系列防滅火材料、紅外熱像近距離探測(cè)等先進(jìn)技術(shù)相結(jié)合”的綜合防治方法。首先,論文對(duì)煤的自燃特性、工作面實(shí)際條件等進(jìn)行了分析,給出了工作面停采撤架前煤炭自燃的預(yù)防措施,該措施主要圍繞降低煤的煤的開(kāi)采發(fā)火危險(xiǎn)性、破壞蓄熱條件、減少風(fēng)量供給等方面來(lái)進(jìn)行,這些措施主要針對(duì)綜放面撤架期間自然發(fā)火的因素,對(duì)保障該礦井的安全撤架具有十分重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。其次,采用Fluent軟件模擬的方式對(duì)29403綜放工作面采空區(qū)停采撤架期間自燃發(fā)火危險(xiǎn)性程度作出了預(yù)測(cè),模擬出了停采撤架期間采空區(qū)風(fēng)流流場(chǎng)和溫度場(chǎng)的分布規(guī)律。根據(jù)對(duì)模擬的結(jié)果分析,對(duì)29403綜放工作面的撤架期間通風(fēng)方式、風(fēng)量、拆架方案進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),并制定了拆架期間的防滅火專(zhuān)項(xiàng)方案。同時(shí),論文將煤炭自燃預(yù)報(bào)及火源探測(cè)作為防治的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),研究并建立了29403綜放工作面停采撤架期間的煤炭自燃預(yù)測(cè)預(yù)報(bào)體系。即利用指標(biāo)氣體的監(jiān)測(cè)、煤體溫度監(jiān)測(cè)和紅外熱像儀探測(cè)來(lái)共同實(shí)現(xiàn),并且及時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)到氣體異常,準(zhǔn)確定位高溫點(diǎn),通過(guò)得當(dāng)措施予以消除。最后,通過(guò)執(zhí)行防火安全專(zhuān)項(xiàng)方案以及自燃預(yù)測(cè)預(yù)報(bào)技術(shù)等手段,順利完成了29403綜放工作面支架的撤出和密閉工作,并且制定了撤架后的防滅火安全專(zhuān)項(xiàng)方案。
[Abstract]:According to the essential characteristics of spontaneous combustion of coal seam, the time and space characteristic of spontaneous combustion, and the particularity of factors of spontaneous combustion of coal seam during the period of stoppage and withdrawal of frame in fully mechanized caving face, this paper combines the existing technology and equipment of Guandi Coal Mine. This paper puts forward a comprehensive prevention and control method for preventing and extinguishing coal seam in the period of stoppage mining of fully mechanized caving face, which is based on prevention, forerunner of early prediction, combination of advanced technologies such as GRT series fire extinguishing materials, infrared thermal image close detection and so on. First of all, the paper analyzes the characteristics of coal spontaneous combustion and the actual conditions of the working face, and gives the preventive measures of coal spontaneous combustion before the coal stoppage, which mainly revolves around reducing the risk of coal mining and burning and destroying the heat storage condition. These measures are mainly aimed at the factors of spontaneous combustion during the withdrawal of fully mechanized caving face, which is of great practical significance to ensure the safety of the mine. Secondly, Fluent software is used to predict the degree of spontaneous combustion in the goaf of the 29403 fully mechanized caving face during the stoppage and the distribution of the air flow field and temperature field in the goaf during the period of stoppage. Based on the analysis of the simulation results, the ventilation mode, air volume and lifting scheme of 29403 fully mechanized caving face during the period of removing the frame are designed, and the special scheme of fire prevention and extinguishing during the period of removing the frame is established. At the same time, the paper takes the coal spontaneous combustion prediction and fire source detection as the key technology of prevention and control, studies and establishes the coal spontaneous combustion prediction system during the period of stoppage and withdrawal of coal spontaneous combustion in 29403 fully mechanized caving face. That is to say, the monitoring of target gas, the temperature monitoring of coal body and the detection of infrared thermal imager can be realized together, and the abnormal gas can be detected in time, the high temperature point can be accurately located, and the measures should be taken to eliminate it. Finally, by implementing the fire prevention and safety program and the technology of spontaneous combustion prediction and prediction, the work of withdrawal and sealing of the support of 29403 fully mechanized caving face is successfully completed, and the special scheme of fire prevention and extinguishing after removing the frame is formulated.
