主動(dòng)粘彈性控制抗沖擊擾動(dòng)

【摘要】:根據(jù)粘彈性材料耗能減振性能較好的特點(diǎn),針對(duì)高頻擾動(dòng)、沖擊擾動(dòng),本文提出了主動(dòng)粘彈性控制的方法,定義了主動(dòng)粘彈性控制技術(shù)的基本架構(gòu).根據(jù)粘彈性材料的耗能計(jì)算模型,提出了粘彈性控制律的選取原則.結(jié)合廣義Maxwell模型,提出了3種粘彈性控制律(viscoelastic control law,VCL).并將粘彈性比例 微分(proportional derivative,PD)控制、粘彈性比例 積分 微分(proportional integral derivative,PID)控制、粘彈性自抗擾控制(active disturbance rejection control,ADRC)應(yīng)用到常見(jiàn)的二階系統(tǒng)中.研究結(jié)果表明,主動(dòng)粘彈性控制技術(shù)抗高頻擾動(dòng)、抗沖擊擾動(dòng)的性能特別優(yōu)異.由于主動(dòng)控制的響應(yīng)速度快,主動(dòng)粘彈性控制的抗擾性能好,本文提出了主動(dòng)控制與主動(dòng)粘彈性控制相切換的控制方法,并對(duì)切換控制策略進(jìn)行了研究.研究結(jié)果表明,切換控制可同時(shí)兼顧抗擾性能與響應(yīng)速度.
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of good energy dissipation and vibration absorption of viscoelastic materials, this paper presents an active viscoelastic control method for high frequency disturbance and shock disturbance, and defines the basic framework of active viscoelastic control technology. According to the energy dissipation model of viscoelastic materials, the selection principle of viscoelastic control law is put forward. Combined with the generalized Maxwell model, three kinds of viscoelastic control laws (viscoelastic control law,VCL) are proposed. Viscoelastic proportional differential (proportional derivative,PD) control, viscoelastic proportional integral differential (proportional integral derivative,PID) control and viscoelastic autodisturbance rejection control (active disturbance rejection control,ADRC) are applied to common second-order systems. The results show that the active viscoelastic control technique has excellent performance in resisting high frequency disturbance and shock disturbance. Due to the fast response speed of active control and the good immunity performance of active viscoelastic control, this paper proposes a phase switching control method between active control and active viscoelastic control, and studies the switching control strategy. The results show that both immunity performance and response speed can be taken into account in switching control.
