【摘要】：針對(duì)白莊煤礦7~#煤層地質(zhì)構(gòu)造復(fù)雜、存在瓦斯異常區(qū)、具有嚴(yán)重的底板突水危險(xiǎn)性等實(shí)際情況,在該煤層的采煤工作面應(yīng)用了無(wú)煤柱開(kāi)采技術(shù)。在對(duì)7~#煤層瓦斯涌出影響因素、涌出源及涌出特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合對(duì)無(wú)煤柱開(kāi)采工作面的漏風(fēng)流場(chǎng)分布的分析,確定了瓦斯抽放技術(shù)、均壓通風(fēng)技術(shù)和監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警技術(shù)相結(jié)合的瓦斯綜合治理技術(shù),工作面開(kāi)采期間未出現(xiàn)瓦斯超限、底板突水事故的發(fā)生,有效保障了工作面的安全生產(chǎn),提高了礦井的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:In view of the complex geological structure of No. 7 coal seam in Baizhuang coal mine, the gas abnormal area and the serious risk of water inrush on the floor, the coal mining technology without pillar is applied in the coal face of this coal seam. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors, the source and the characteristics of the gas emission in the No. 7 coal seam, combined with the analysis of the air leakage field distribution in the coal mining face without coal pillar, the gas drainage technology is determined. The gas comprehensive control technology combined with even pressure ventilation technology and monitoring and warning technology can effectively guarantee the safe production of the working face because there is no gas exceeding limit during the mining period and the water inrush accident on the floor can be effectively guaranteed. The technical and economic benefits of the mine are improved.
