礦用混合式空冷器的熱工計(jì)算

【摘要】:研制了一種新型的礦用混合式空冷器,裝置由噴淋裝置和表面式空冷器組合而成。噴淋裝置的噴淋水可采用天然冷源,一方面可承擔(dān)一部分的礦井降溫冷負(fù)荷,另一方面沖刷了表面式空冷器表面的大量污垢,提高了表面式空冷器的傳熱系數(shù)。表面式空冷器的冷凍水來(lái)自人工冷源,承擔(dān)另一部分的礦井降溫冷負(fù)荷。對(duì)提出的新型礦用混合式空冷器給出熱工計(jì)算的設(shè)計(jì)方法,并進(jìn)行了實(shí)例計(jì)算,熱工計(jì)算結(jié)果表明:礦用混合式空冷器能較好地應(yīng)用于礦井降溫系統(tǒng),與傳統(tǒng)空冷器相比,可節(jié)約一部分的礦井降溫能耗。提出的新型礦用混合式空冷器,可有效滿(mǎn)足粉塵濃度大、降溫負(fù)荷大的礦井降溫系統(tǒng)的需要,并且能耗較低。
[Abstract]:A new type of mixed mine air cooler is developed, which is composed of spray device and surface air cooler. The spray water of the sprinkler can use natural cold source, on the one hand, it can bear part of the cooling load of mine, on the other hand, it scour a large amount of dirt on the surface of the surface air cooler, and improve the heat transfer coefficient of the surface type air cooler. The surface air cooler chilled water comes from artificial cold source and undertakes another part of mine cooling load. The design method of thermal calculation for a new type of mixed air cooler used in mines is given, and a practical example is given. The results of thermal calculation show that the hybrid air cooler used in mine can be applied to the mine cooling system better than the traditional air cooler. Can save part of the mine cooling energy consumption. The new mine mixed air cooler can meet the needs of mine cooling system with high dust concentration and heavy cooling load, and the energy consumption is low.
