超細(xì)聚苯乙烯微球粉體的燃爆特性研究

【摘要】:為研究超細(xì)聚苯乙烯微球粉體的燃爆特性,通過(guò)粉塵層最低著火溫度測(cè)試裝置、MIE-D1.2最小點(diǎn)火能測(cè)試裝置、20 L球形爆炸測(cè)試裝置,對(duì)其最低著火溫度、最大爆炸壓力、最小點(diǎn)火能量(MIE)等爆炸特性參數(shù)進(jìn)行測(cè)定,探討了加熱溫度、點(diǎn)火延滯時(shí)間、粉塵質(zhì)量濃度、粉塵粒徑對(duì)粉體燃爆特性的影響。結(jié)果表明:超細(xì)聚苯乙烯微球粉塵層在350℃左右時(shí)會(huì)發(fā)生無(wú)焰燃燒,且加熱溫度越高,粉體粒徑越小,粉塵層發(fā)生著火時(shí)所需的時(shí)間越短;當(dāng)粉體質(zhì)量濃度為250 g/m3時(shí),最大爆炸壓力達(dá)到0.65 MPa,質(zhì)量濃度為500 g/m3時(shí),最大爆炸壓力的上升速率達(dá)90 MPa/s以上;隨點(diǎn)火延滯時(shí)間增加,最小點(diǎn)火能表現(xiàn)出先緩慢減小再急劇增大的規(guī)律;隨粉塵質(zhì)量濃度增加,最小點(diǎn)火能逐漸降低,當(dāng)粉塵質(zhì)量濃度超過(guò)500g/m3后逐漸趨于穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:In order to study the detonation characteristics of ultrafine polystyrene microspheres, the minimum ignition temperature of dust layer, the minimum igniting energy of MIE-D1.2, the 20 L spherical explosion test device were used to test the minimum ignition temperature and the maximum explosion pressure of the powder. The effects of heating temperature, ignition delay time, dust mass concentration and particle size on the detonation characteristics of powder were investigated.
