【摘要】：高速公路小氣侯與交通事故發(fā)生量有一定關(guān)聯(lián)性。利用吉首-鳳凰、吉首-茶洞(簡(jiǎn)稱吉鳳茶)兩條高速公路的4個(gè)自動(dòng)氣象站18個(gè)月實(shí)測(cè)資料,高速公路警察2012年4月—2015年6月目測(cè)天氣信息資料,以及1960—2012年吉首、花垣、鳳凰三縣(市)的年霧日數(shù)資料,采用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)和Morlet小波方法分析了吉鳳茶高速公路小氣候和交通事故的相關(guān)關(guān)系。研究表明:影響吉鳳茶高速公路安全的主要?dú)庀笠蛩厥谴箪F和結(jié)冰。大霧天氣能見度很低,容易發(fā)生車輛追尾和撞擊交通事故;結(jié)冰天氣道路濕滑,容易發(fā)生翻車、漂移、追尾等交通事故。兩條高速公路所處區(qū)域霧日數(shù)變化規(guī)律為:花垣有準(zhǔn)32 a的大周期和準(zhǔn)3 a的小周期,吉首有準(zhǔn)2、4 a小周期,鳳凰有準(zhǔn)4 a的小周期。
[Abstract]:Expressway small weather and traffic accident occurrence quantity has certain relevance. Using 18 months of measured data from 4 automatic weather stations on the two expressways of Jishou-Phoenix, Jishou-Cha Tung (referred to as Jifeng Tea), highway police visual weather information from April 2012 to June 2015, and Jishou from 1960 to 2012. Based on the data of annual fog days in Huayuan and three counties (cities) of Phoenix, the correlation between microclimate and traffic accidents on Jinfeng-Tea Expressway was analyzed by using mathematical statistics and Morlet wavelet method. The results show that the main meteorological factors affecting the safety of Jinfengcha Expressway are fog and ice. Heavy fog weather visibility is very low, prone to vehicle rear-end and impact traffic accidents; icy weather roads slippery, prone to overturn, drift, rear-end and other traffic accidents. The variation of fog days in the two freeways is as follows: Huaguan has a large period of about 32 years and a small period of about 3 years, Jishou has a small period of about 2 ~ 4 years, and Phoenix has a small period of about 4 years.
