大興礦兩翼分區(qū)域通風(fēng)運(yùn)輸大巷風(fēng)流穩(wěn)定性研究

【摘要】:大興礦兩翼分區(qū)通風(fēng),南北運(yùn)輸大巷風(fēng)流不穩(wěn)定,可能引起南北運(yùn)輸大巷中存在瓦斯積聚、甚至超限,也可能引發(fā)兩翼采區(qū)內(nèi)采煤工作面的風(fēng)量變化,或造成采空區(qū)漏風(fēng)體系內(nèi)壓差的變化,導(dǎo)致或加劇采空區(qū)遺留煤自燃的危險(xiǎn),影響工作面的順利回采。為解決南北運(yùn)輸大巷風(fēng)流不穩(wěn)定問題,通過大興礦現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際觀測(cè),得出大興礦井巷通風(fēng)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)和參數(shù),建立大興礦全礦井巷道系統(tǒng)模型。運(yùn)用TF1M3D仿真軟件對(duì)大興礦通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行仿真分析,得出在地表大氣溫度33℃,711工作面在末采位置、1號(hào)調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)門關(guān)閉、2和3號(hào)調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)門面積為5.1m2時(shí)南北運(yùn)輸大巷風(fēng)流停滯,繼續(xù)增大2和3號(hào)調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)門面積后風(fēng)流發(fā)生反向。為有效控制大興礦南北運(yùn)輸大巷的風(fēng)流穩(wěn)定性提供了參考。
[Abstract]:Ventilation on the two wings of Daxing Coal Mine and unstable wind flow in the north-south transport roadway may cause gas accumulation in the north-south transport roadway, or even exceed the limit, and may also lead to changes in the air volume of the coal mining face in the two-wing mining area. Or cause the change of pressure difference in the system of air leakage in goaf, cause or aggravate the danger of spontaneous combustion of coal left over in goaf, and affect the smooth mining of working face. In order to solve the problem of unstable air flow in the north-south transportation roadway, the basic data and parameters of ventilation in Daxing mine are obtained through the field observation of Daxing mine, and the model of the whole mine roadway system in Daxing Mine is established. The ventilation system of Daxing Coal Mine is simulated and analyzed by using TF1M3D simulation software. It is concluded that the air flow in the north and south transport roadways is stagnant when the air flow in the north and south roadways is stagnant when the surface air temperature is 33 鈩,
