燃?xì)夤艿赖谌绞┕ぐ踩芾眢w系的研究

【摘要】:城市燃?xì)庠诜⻊?wù)大眾越來(lái)越便利之時(shí)φ也帶來(lái)了一些安全方面的隱患φ對(duì)社會(huì)公共秩序和居民生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全產(chǎn)生了一定的威脅燃?xì)夤艿赖谌绞┕て茐氖鹿适枪艿朗鹿蕠?yán)重的威脅因素φ有針對(duì)性對(duì)第三方破壞原因進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素辨識(shí)并制定出控制方法是有效降低管道事故發(fā)生概率的根本本文依據(jù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制基本理論φ進(jìn)行了如下研究 1.采用故障分析FTA方法φ通過(guò)對(duì)第三方施工可造成燃?xì)馐鹿实母鞣N因素進(jìn)行分析φ畫出了故障樹(shù)φ確定了燃?xì)馐鹿试虻母鞣N組合方式φ并利用布爾代數(shù)法計(jì)算出第三方破壞事故最小割集φ得出了危險(xiǎn)性影響因素的重要程度 2.將城市燃?xì)夤芫W(wǎng)第三方破壞人為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行分類φ并對(duì)各個(gè)人為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素賦予語(yǔ)合評(píng)估指標(biāo)作為原始數(shù)據(jù)φ在模型基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)某城市燃?xì)夤芫W(wǎng)第三方破壞的原始數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行計(jì)算φ獲得最后關(guān)聯(lián)度φ得出人為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的主次關(guān)系 3.以某城市第三方破壞事故率為基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)φ對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制模型進(jìn)行求解φ最后得出穩(wěn)定的安全控制能力和危險(xiǎn)指數(shù)φ得到該城市燃?xì)夤芫W(wǎng)第三方破壞事故率變化曲線 4.以某燃?xì)夤煞萦邢薰緸槔罩贫丝尚械牡谌桨踩芾碇贫圈张c第三方建立了有效的聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)制φ對(duì)構(gòu)建的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制體系進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析φ從而使風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制體系在燃?xì)夤艿赖谌绞┕そㄔO(shè)工程中的應(yīng)用在實(shí)踐中得到更好的詮釋檢驗(yàn)與證明 對(duì)城市燃?xì)夤艿赖谌绞┕のkU(xiǎn)源進(jìn)行辨識(shí)和管理φ針對(duì)第三方施工事故的原因和存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析φ對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制具有重要意義
[Abstract]:When the city gas is more and more convenient to serve the public, 蠁 also brings some hidden trouble in safety aspect. 蠁 has a certain threat to the public order and the safety of residents' life and property. The third party construction damage accident of gas pipeline is the pipe. The risk factor 蠁 of serious road accident is to identify the risk factors of the third party damage cause and make out the control method, which is the basis of reducing the probability of pipeline accident effectively according to the risk identification in risk management and the development of the control method. The basic theory of risk control is studied as follows: 1. By means of fault analysis FTA method 蠁, by analyzing various factors which may cause gas accident in the third party construction, 蠁, the fault tree 蠁 is drawn to determine the various combination ways of gas accident cause, and the Boolean algebra method is used to calculate the gas accident cause. The minimum cut set 蠁 of the third party damage accident has obtained the importance degree of the risk influence factor 2. This paper classifies the artificial risk factors of the third party destruction of urban gas pipeline network 蠁 and assigns each human risk factor as the original data 蠁 based on the original data 蠁 to destroy the third party of a city gas pipeline network. The final correlation degree 蠁 is obtained by calculating the data. The principal and secondary relationships of human risk factors are obtained. Based on the data of the third party damage accident rate in a city 蠁, the risk control model is solved. Finally, the stable safety control ability and hazard index 蠁 are obtained, and the variation curve of the third party damage accident rate of the city gas pipeline network is obtained. Taking a gas company as an example, a feasible third party safety management system 蠁 and a third party are established. An effective linkage mechanism 蠁 is established to make an empirical analysis of the constructed risk control system 蠁 so as to make the risk control system. The application in the third party construction project of gas pipeline gets better interpretation and proof in practice. Identify and manage the hazard source of the third party construction of the city gas pipeline and manage 蠁 aiming at the third party construction. Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze the causes and existing problems of 蠁 for risk control.
