礦井回風熱回收系統(tǒng)理論分析與數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:礦井回風熱回收系統(tǒng)是一種新型的節(jié)能系統(tǒng),利用噴淋換熱的方式將回風中的熱能置換到水中。針對國內(nèi)某礦實際情況,通過理論分析與數(shù)值模擬,探討了不同的噴淋布置方式及不同水氣比、水滴直徑等工況對換熱效果的影響。模擬分析結(jié)果表明,兩級三排逆噴的布置方式,水氣比在1.3左右,水滴直徑在1 mm左右換熱效果最好。
[Abstract]:The heat recovery system of mine return air is a new type of energy saving system. The heat energy in the return air is replaced into the water by spray heat transfer. According to the actual situation of a mine in China, through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the effects of different spray arrangement modes, different water / gas ratio and water droplet diameter on the heat transfer effect are discussed. The simulation results show that the water / gas ratio is about 1. 3 and the water droplet diameter is about 1 mm in the arrangement of two stages and three rows of reverse spray.
