【摘要】：山洪對山區(qū)人們的生命和財產(chǎn)安全構(gòu)成了嚴(yán)重的威脅,近年來的一系列山洪災(zāi)害造成了重大的人員傷亡和財產(chǎn)損失,嚴(yán)重制約了山區(qū)社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。以重慶市巴南區(qū)跳石鎮(zhèn)為研究范圍,針對山區(qū)鎮(zhèn)域山洪災(zāi)害的形成特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建了由微地貌類型、地形坡位、匯流累積量和植被覆蓋度等組成的山區(qū)鎮(zhèn)域山洪危險分區(qū)指標(biāo)體系,并在Arc GIS平臺支持下,通過相應(yīng)方法獲取研究區(qū)危險分區(qū)指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù),利用建立的鎮(zhèn)域山洪危險分區(qū)模型計算得到各評價網(wǎng)格單元山洪危險綜合指數(shù)并據(jù)此進(jìn)行了綜合分區(qū)。研究結(jié)果表明:跳石鎮(zhèn)山洪災(zāi)害以低危險和中危險等級為主,分別占總面積的40.12%和34.23%,而中危險區(qū)和高危險區(qū)共占總面積的47.37%;居民房屋位于中危險和高危險區(qū)范圍內(nèi)的面積達(dá)846427.9 m2,占房屋總面積的45.40%;在汛期,跳石鎮(zhèn)防治山洪的任務(wù)較繁重。研究成果可為跳石鎮(zhèn)的山洪災(zāi)害防災(zāi)減災(zāi)提供決策依據(jù),同時也可為山區(qū)鎮(zhèn)域山洪災(zāi)害危險分區(qū)提供理論參考。
[Abstract]:Mountain torrents pose a serious threat to the safety of people's lives and property in mountain areas. In recent years, a series of mountain torrents have caused heavy casualties and property losses, which seriously restricted the sustainable development of social economy in mountain areas. In view of the forming characteristics of mountain flood disaster in the mountainous area, a dangerous zonation index system of mountain town area mountain torrents is constructed, which is composed of microgeomorphology type, topographic slope position, accumulation of confluence and vegetation coverage, in view of the research scope of Jaoshi Town, Bannan City, Chongqing Municipality. With the support of Arc GIS platform, the index data of dangerous zoning in the study area are obtained by the corresponding method, and the comprehensive index of mountain flood risk of each evaluation grid unit is calculated by using the established zonal model of mountain flood hazard in the town area and the comprehensive zoning is carried out accordingly. The results show that mountain torrents in Jiaoshi Town are mainly of low and medium hazard grades. 40.12% of the total area and 34.23% of the total area were occupied by the middle and high risk areas, respectively, and 47.37 percent of the total area was in the middle and high risk areas, and the area of the residential houses in the middle and high risk areas was 846427.9 m2, accounting for 45.40 percent of the total housing area. In the flood season, the task of preventing and controlling mountain floods in the town of Jiaoshi was heavy. The research results can provide the decision basis for mountain torrents disaster prevention and mitigation in the town of Jiaoshi, and also provide theoretical reference for the mountain town area mountain flood disaster risk zoning.
